Your data, sync, and export
What this covers: how sync works, training offline, exporting your training record, and deleting your account.
How sync works
The app writes to your device first and shows the result immediately — nothing you tap waits on a network. About every twenty seconds it checks in with the server: your pending changes go up, anything new comes down. If two devices changed the same record, the most recent write wins. Deleting a session on your phone removes it on the web too.
Training offline
Airplane mode is a supported way to train. Log the whole session with no signal; it syncs when you're back. The same is true of the watch running standalone.
Phone, watch, and web at once
One account, one dataset. Start a session on the phone and the watch mirrors it. Finish on the watch and it's in the web app's history within a sync cycle.
Exporting
- Your training record, as JSON — Settings → Account → Export. One file with your profile, exercises, workouts, routines, sessions and every set, measurements and readiness check-ins, records, and Coach's memory notes. It is the training record rather than the whole account: Coach conversations, feedback reports, devices, preferences and your social and marketplace data aren't in it, and archived sessions are left out. Email privacy@rezist.ai for anything it misses.
- Programs, as YAML — Settings → Data. Human-readable and re-importable.
- Through the API — the same export, for a token you create.
Export is never behind a plan. It works on Free, Pro, and AI alike.
Deleting your account
Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or rezist.ai/delete-account from any browser if you no longer have it installed. Both do the same thing: sign in, confirm your password, and it is done. If you have no password because you sign in with a passkey, use the app — it will email you a code to confirm with instead.
Your training data is erased from the live database immediately, children before parents, and the account can't be signed into again. Your profile photo and any feedback screenshots are removed from storage at the same time, and purged for good within 30 days. Backups age out on their own retention schedule. Export first if you want a copy — deletion is permanent and we can't undo it for you. The privacy policy spells out exactly what deletion covers and the few records that outlive it.
