Delete your Resistance account
You do not need the app for this. Sign in, confirm, and your account and everything in it are erased straight away — no waiting period, and no way to undo it.
Forgotten your password? Reset it at app.rezist.ai, then come back.
Signed up with Google or Apple, so you have no password? Use the same reset to set one — Forgot password at app.rezist.ai emails you a link — then sign in here with it.
Locked out completely? Email privacy@rezist.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

This account has two-factor authentication turned on. Enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app, or one of your backup codes.

Deleting it erases, immediately and for good:
- every workout you have logged, and every set in it
- your workouts, routines and custom exercises
- your measurements, check-ins and personal records
- your conversations with Coach, and everything Coach remembers about you
- your profile, your photo and your @handle, which is released for anyone to take
- the people you follow, your followers, your clubs and your challenges
- anything you published to the marketplace, and every review you wrote
Two things it does not reach, both spelled out in the privacy policy: anything you have emailed us, and backups, until those age out on their own schedule.
If you pay for a plan
A plan bought on the web is cancelled when the account is deleted, and is not charged again.
A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account does not cancel it — it keeps renewing until you cancel it there: App Store subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions.
Take your training record with you
One file with your profile, exercises, workouts, routines, every session and set, measurements, records, and Coach's memory notes. This is the last moment it can be produced.
Your account is gone
and everything in it has been erased. It can no longer be signed into, and we cannot bring it back.
Your photo and any screenshots you sent us are out of view now and are wiped from storage within 30 days. Backups age out on their own schedule.
A plan bought on the web has been cancelled. A plan bought in the App Store or Google Play is still billed until you cancel it there: App Store · Google Play.
