You do not need the app for this. Sign in, confirm, and your account and everything in it are erased straight away — no waiting period, and no way to undo it.

Locked out completely? Email privacy@rezist.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Deleting it erases, immediately and for good:

• every workout you have logged, and every set in it
• your workouts, routines and custom exercises
• your measurements, check-ins and personal records
• your conversations with Coach, and everything Coach remembers about you
• your profile, your photo and your @handle, which is released for anyone to take
• the people you follow, your followers, your clubs and your challenges
• anything you published to the marketplace, and every review you wrote

Two things it does not reach, both spelled out in the privacy policy: anything you have emailed us, and backups, until those age out on their own schedule.

Your account is gone

and everything in it has been erased. It can no longer be signed into, and we cannot bring it back.

Your photo and any screenshots you sent us are out of view now and are wiped from storage within 30 days. Backups age out on their own schedule.
